Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
DL Lid lock fault Medium The Bravos XL lock solenoid attempts to engage but the lid remains unlocked after multiple clicks. View DU Lid unlock fault Medium The Bravos XL completes its cycle but the lid lock light stays on and the lid does not open. View F0E1 Drain fault Medium The washer attempts to drain but water remains in the tub, pausing the cycle mid-drain. View F1E1 Main control board fault High The machine halts at inconsistent points during wash, fill, or spin — not tied to any specific phase. View F2E1 Stuck key on user interface Low No touch command registers; the Bravos sits with F2E1 on the display. View F3E1 Pressure sensor out of range Medium The washer fills but cannot confirm the level; F3E1 appears shortly after fill starts or stops. View F5E1 Lid switch fault — top-load Medium Pressing Start produces F5E1 instead of water fill. The Bravos lid reads as open even after slamming it firmly shut. View F7E1 Basket speed sensor fault Medium The washer enters the spin phase but the drum does not reach the expected speed, halting the cycle. View F8E1 Long fill — no water Medium You hear a faint hum or clicking but no water enters the Bravos drum; after 8–10 minutes F8E1 appears. View F9E1 Long drain — water stuck Medium The drain cycle stops partway through and water remains visible inside the drum. View F21 Long drain — legacy platform Medium The drain pump runs but cannot empty the tub within the allotted time, leaving standing water inside. View INT Cycle interrupted Low Normal behavior — the washer safely unwinds the active cycle after the Cancel button was pressed. View LF Long fill — legacy code Medium The Centennial or Neptune washer runs through its start sequence but no water flows into the drum, ending with LF after a 10-minute timeout. View OL Overloaded drum Low Bravos attempts to agitate but the drum does not move; oL appears within 1–2 minutes of Start. View SD Excessive suds detected Low The washer halts mid-cycle because the suds level inside the drum exceeds the safe threshold for draining. View UL Unbalanced load Low The Bravos attempts spin, detects imbalance, stops, tries again — several cycles before uL shows. View
