F1 Touchpad fault High The control panel is completely unresponsive to all button presses, including Cancel and Off. View F2 Keypad stuck key Medium No button press registers — the microwave cannot start any program or respond to Cancel. View F3 Humidity sensor fault Medium Sensor Reheat, Sensor Popcorn, or Auto Cook functions do not start when selected, though manual cooking works. View F5 Door switch fault High Pressing Start produces F5 on the Maytag microwave display with no cook cycle starting, even though the door appears fully closed and latched. View F7 RF / magnetron fault High The Maytag microwave starts, the turntable rotates, and the fan runs, but food comes out the same temperature as it went in — the magnetron is not generating cooking energy. View F8 Temperature probe fault Low Selecting a temperature probe or probe cook program produces no response — the microwave will not begin the cycle.
